Yang Zhongyi,Lu Yixuan, Cao Yongshen Synopsis:Yunnan has been recognized the biggest center of genetic diversity of local rice varieties and the most concentration area of superior genetic resources of rice in China. The diverse local rice varieties mainly resulted from the special geographical conditions, the multitudinous residence of minor-nationalities, the abundant ecological and geographical environments, the colorful minor-nationality cultures and various cultivation models.
